Our field team undertakes detailed surveys of your network that combines checking your physical infrastructure with fibre testing and updating or redrawing documents from our AutoCAD department. This results in comprehensive, detailed documents that drill down to the fibre and patch level.

Our stringent processes ensure that your network information is kept up to date even as the network grows. Our documentation management service is supported by three levels of hardware redundancy that ensures your information is backed up and never goes missing. In addition to redundant servers we offer a hard tape backup service.

Government Liaison
Often companies do not have a local representative and require professional assistance with local knowledge to undertake services that are required to liaise with government and telecom authorities.
